Mojang Announces The End Of The Card Battle Game And Offers One Year More Of Playtime

Mojang means Minecraft. The Microsoft-owned developer also works on different projects. Scrolls was an online card-based battle video game that's accessible on PC, Mac, and tablets.  Souldevteam  announced that the game was coming to an end and that it would cease development. The announcement doesn't provide an explanation for the quiet ending, but we've reached out to see if there was any specific reason behind the decision the developer won a legal battle against Bethesda in the sense that it was able to name the game "Scrolls" in the first place, but was barred from naming any sequels similarly. Mojang promises to keep the servers up for another year. This means that you have twelve months to complete the most recent update and levels that were released last month.

Update: A Mojang spokesperson said that the launch of the "Scrolls" beta was hugely successful. Tens of thousands of players battled daily and many of them are still playing today. The game has ceased to sustain continuous development.
